Annual Pause Festival
In our hyperconnected world, when did you last experience a true pause? Join us for PauseFest - a half-day celebration of presence where our Kaneohe community comes together to remember the art of just being.
Nestled between the stunning Kaneohe Bay and mountains at Kokokahi YWCA, we'll create sacred space to disconnect from screens and reconnect with what deeply matters. This isn't about productivity or achievement - it's about slowing down, breathing together, and letting love be our dominant energy.
Families, couples, friends, and solo adventurers are all welcome. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and join us in a collective pause. Together, we'll remember that the most revolutionary act might just be learning how to be bored together, to witness each other, and to trust that connection happens naturally when we create the space for it.
This is the inaugural PauseFest - the beginning of an annual tradition we hope will ripple across communities worldwide.
Key Benefits:
Experience deep community connection in a screen-free environment
Remember how to be present without needing to accomplish or perform
Connect with local vendors and community members in meaningful ways
Enjoy the healing presence of nature between ocean and mountains
Join the founding of a movement toward collective pause and authentic presence
