Dr. Gaby Toloza, MS, PsyD

Dr. Gaby Toloza is a psychologist and mindfulness coach dedicated to empowering individuals to heal and nurture themselves through daily, intentional actions grounded in what matters most to them. She is passionate about helping make mental health more accessible and mainstream through mindful living practices, believing that mindfulness is a powerful tool every person can use to support their well-being.

With more than 25 years in the helping profession, including the past 15 years practicing as a psychologist, Dr. Toloza has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals navigating many different life challenges.

Dr. Toloza recognizes that while the human journey often includes adversity, people are inherently resilient and capable of overcoming the challenges placed in their path. Through her work, she supports clients in reconnecting with that resilience and developing meaningful, sustainable ways to care for their mental and emotional health.

Michael Kukahiwa-Haruno, LMHC

Mike Kukahiwa-Haruno is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience working in both school and clinical settings. He takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy and believes treatment should always be tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

His clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, using these approaches as flexible tools to support clients in creating meaningful change. Mike views therapy as a collaborative process where clients lead the direction and work alongside him to achieve their goals.

Outside of his professional work, Mike enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with his family, and spoiling his dog, Max.

Amanda (Amy ) Rodgers, LMHC

Amanda Rogers, who goes by Amy, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting adults, couples, and families in engaging more fully in their lives and relationships. She takes a collaborative and practical approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, and other evidence-based practices to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Amy is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and has a strong interest in promoting healthy family functioning. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University and is dually licensed in Hawaii and South Carolina.

Amy lived in Hawaii for more than a decade and continues to work virtually with clients in the islands while residing in South Carolina. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and keeping up with her two dogs.

Jenna Fuga, Post Graduate Resident

Jenna Fuga was raised on the North Shore of Oʻahu, where her deep appreciation for the ocean, nature, and local community helped shape her grounded and compassionate outlook. Growing up surrounded by Hawaiʻi’s natural beauty, she developed a strong connection to the values of balance, mindfulness, and connection to nature—principles that continue to influence her work today.

Jenna earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University of Honolulu, where her training focused on helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and understanding.

She is currently completing her post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist while working as a resident at Dr. Gaby’s practice. In this role, Jenna provides supportive, client-centered care and strives to create a safe and welcoming space for growth and healing.

Outside of her professional work, Jenna enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, caring for the family farm, and filmmaking.
