Our clinic currently offers 100% telehealth services from the comfort of your home, providing care for individuals residing in Hawaii, South Carolina and Oklahoma.

Our Clinical Practice

Our Mindful Collective

This is a gym membership for your heart, soul, and mind. We offer you multiple in-person and virtual events every month, grounded in a real human community, nurtured by mindfulness, self-compassion, science, a seasoned psychologist, and a community of helping professionals. Through our collective, you chart your own course of your mental wellness, learning to get clear on your core values and create sustainable systems to nurture your whole well-being, and leading you to become an adaptable, compassionate, self-trusting YOU; capable of navigating the ebbs and flows of your human experience.

Testimonials

  • Raine L

I gifted this membership as a Christmas gift to myself and it has been such a sweet component in my daily life. Dr Gaby’s prompts and insights in her app gently lead me to mindful pauses throughout the day that gets me out of my To-Do’s and brings me to look at big picture life. She hosts weekly meet ups both online and in-person that feels like a balm to my chatter brain. Mindful Rebels truly is a mind-gym with a buffet of events and experiences that bring me joy with simplicity and ease.

  • Melissa W.

Each time I attend a Mindful Rebels event, I’ve left excited to retap into my creativity. I’m a very creative person and try to practice mindfulness regularly. It’s been recent that it clicked that both can go hand & hand. Dr Gaby having bright, colorful things to play with or guest artists has been so fun for me. Tapping into my creative side to unwind at night has been part of my nightly rituals! Looking forward to attending more Mindful Rebels workshops, events, retreats, etc in the future!!!

  • Dom A.

So grateful for Dr. Gaby and the Mindful Rebel Collective! I'd attempted a mindfulness practice for years but always struggled with it. I really appreciate Dr. Gaby's encompassing approach that encourages us to come as we are.
