Our Mindful Collective
This is a gym membership for your heart, soul, and mind. We offer you multiple in-person and virtual events every month, grounded in a real human community, nurtured by mindfulness, self-compassion, science, a seasoned psychologist, and a community of helping professionals. Through our collective, you chart your own course of your mental wellness, learning to get clear on your core values and create sustainable systems to nurture your whole well-being, and leading you to become an adaptable, compassionate, self-trusting YOU; capable of navigating the ebbs and flows of your human experience.
